As tactical advice, Correia advises law firms in 2021 and beyond to (i) Update their websites in ways that differentiates lawyers from their competitors; (ii) Create an intake roadmap to improve client onboarding; and (iii) Publish web-based content geared toward consumers about the practice areas in which law firms focus.
