D2C Marketing Opportunities that Senior Attorneys Present to Growing Law Firms - An Interview with Matt Green, Chief Strategy Officer of Juris Digital

In this interview, Matt Green, Chief Strategy Officer of Juris Digital, discusses with Jeremy E. Poock, Esq. the importance of quality, subject matter content and the power of reviews, including how a Growing Law Firm can leverage the quantity of client reviews that Senior Attorneys have to offer.

Green and Poock also discuss a case study involving the Digital Value that Attorney David Jones, a 67 year old Personal Injury Law attorney who focuses on nursing home negligence matters, presents to a Growing PI firm.

Regarding quality, subject matter content, Green advises: “It's not good enough to just rank number one for a keyword. You also have to deliver content with that ranked page that speaks to exactly what that searcher is after.”

Applying his advice to our case study, Green recommends that Attorney Jones create digital content based upon summaries of his best cases that includes keywords for potential clients to learn about the subject matter and recognize Attorney Jones as a subject matter authority.

Green also recognizes that today’s online reviews of attorneys represent the equivalent to yester-year’s personal recommendations.

As Green states: “Reviews are social proof that people need . . . It's gotta be an absolute habit of your firm to be requesting reviews.”

For Growing Law Firms, Senior Attorneys present opportunities to request reviews from potentially hundreds of past satisfied clients.

As Green states: “If you're a younger firm that doesn't necessarily have that history of case results, you bring in somebody who does, now you can take ownership of that. And you can say, we're the type of firm that gets these types of results . . . .”
