Kestenbaum, a franchise attorney since 1977 and the co-author of So You Want to Franchise Your Business, discusses how he met Spadea and Lignana at a franchise trade show in January 2019, which then lead to Senior Attorney Match brokering Kestenbaum and his firm joining Spadea Lignana in May 2019.

Spadea describes the course adjustments involved with integrating Kestenbaum’s practice into Spadea Lignana as harder than originally expected, but with “way more upside.”

As an example of that upside, in 2020, Entrepreneur Magazine named Spadea Lignana as No. 2 for Legal Services nationwide in its lists of Top Franchise Suppliers for 2020.
