For the majority of our clients, implementation involves identifying, negotiating with, and facilitating our clients joining a Growing Law Firm – what we call an External Plan.

For certain clients, implementation involves facilitating a succession plan among long-term associates and partners, or laterally recruiting an attorney to succeed to a Senior Attorney’s Practice – what we call an Internal Plan.
